About Downtown Toyota

Servco Pacific Inc. is a long established member of the global Toyota family. Servco Pacific is based in Hawaii. Servco Pacific Inc is a privately owned company. It is the distributor for Toyota and Lexus in Hawaii. Servco's corporate head office is based in Honolulu. The company was incorporated in 1919 and this year we celebrate our 50th year as the Toyota distributor and retailer in Hawaii.

In December 2007, Downtown Toyota was acquired by our company. Servco Australia Morningside Pty Ltd trading as Downtown Toyota is a member of the Servco Pacific group of companies. Downtown Toyota is jointly owned by Australian and Hawaiian based shareholder directors. Locally, Downtown Toyota's goal is to be the most successful and most respected automotive dealership in our marketplace. Our founder way back in 1919 applied three basic principles to build his business, principles that continue to form the foundation of Downtown Toyota today:

• Have dedicated employees;
• Make a personal commitment to work hard

Servco Australia's goal over the next 5 years is to expand from one Australian based dealership to a group of privately owned metropolitan dealerships.
