Staying Organised and Ready for Anything
Danica is known for her methodical approach to work, and she credits her success to her highly organised routine. “I have a weekly planner that I rely on every day. It’s important for me to see everything laid out so I can stay on track,” she explains. Her preference for a physical planner keeps her focused, and when new tasks arise, she embraces them. “It’s exciting when new challenges come up. I take them on because I know my managers trust me to handle them without falling behind.”
The Power of Mentorship and Collaboration
Danica speaks highly of the support she receives from her managers, Jerry and Nicole, who offer her ongoing opportunities to grow. “It’s not just about doing my job; they’re teaching me how the business runs and why my role matters in the bigger picture,” she shares. While she’s not in sales, Danica feels proud of her contributions to the dealership’s financial health, making sure spending is controlled and processes run efficiently.
Danica thrives when it comes to maintaining a positive attitude in the face of the ups and downs of any given day. “Sometimes, people have a tough day, but I’ve learned not to let that affect my own day. I focus on supporting them while keeping my work on track,” she says. This approach has been especially valuable when mentoring new team members. Recently, she took the lead in creating a smooth onboarding plan for a new hire, showing her leadership and problem-solving skills in action.

Her advice to newcomers? “Stay positive and don’t let the stress get to you.
